I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my portfolio for any reason. I may stream my process, if you wish for your commission to be kept private until it's finished, please let me know ahead of time!

I do NOT allow my art to be used for AI/NFTS purposes and alike. Please do not upload to any sites as it could compromise my artwork.

I reserve the right to refund my client the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.

The client will be expected to read the ToS and have an understanding of my general commission prices.

The client may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.

The client may NOT claim MY WORK as their own, uploading /hosting it in any gallery that is intended to display their own work only.

The client is NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my work without my permission. I will be happy to fix any problems if needed.

Any HARASSMENT in an attempt to bargain for a commission is not TOLERATED. This includes inappropriate comments on my profile, social platforms, and as well as private messages. I reserve the right to place anyone on the blacklist for harassment.

The client who has commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.

The client(s) are permitted to include my signature and/or watermark indicating the artwork is my intellectual property. Credit in some form is required.

The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you recieve profit from a medium,platform where have posted my artwork, (eg. Patreon, Youtube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards, etc.)

If the client wishes to use my art for commercial use, I have the right to charge them with a usage fee.

I reserve the right to sign/ watermark my own work. I will send you a full-resolution image (by email, google drive, or discord).

In the case of the commission, I will not claim the rights to a character design unless it was one of my own designs. Therefore, I will not reuse/resell the artwork for personal/ commercial projects unless agreed on.

In case of an adoptable design, I will not reuse/resell the rights to the design once ownership is transferred to the client.

I accept payment through Venmo and Cashapp

Payment must be paid in full upfront, unless discussed otherwise.

No refunds once the work is in progress.

I will send updates on your commission and expect feedback to make the work to your liking.

Work usually takes 3-5 business days, depending on the commission as well as my schedule.

Please let me know in advance, if you need it them done by a certain date.

You MUST credit me properly when having my work displayed/used.
